Welcome to In His Steps Dance Ministry!

We are a Christian dance studio in Asheville, NC, dedicated to glorifying the Lord through dance. Our mission is to nurture students both in dance technique and in their faith. We are an outreach ministry of Church of the Resurrection, a parish of the Charismatic Episcopal Church.

We are pleased to offer classes for ages 3 to adult in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary/lyrical, irish step and drama.

What age groups do you cater to?
We welcome students of all ages, from young children to adults.

Do I need to have previous dance experience to join?

No experience is required. We have classes levels ranging from beginner through advanced.

How can I register?

You can either come in for a visit or register directly with Amanda Newcomb through the Contact Us page.

Do I need to identify as a certain denomination to take class here?

No! We have a wide variety of representation from the Body of Christ- Baptists, Presbyterians, Anglicans, non-denominational, house churches, Catholics and more. You are also welcome here if you are not yet a Christ-follower but are attracted to the sacrificial love and beauty of Christ.
